Account Managers and Training Co-ordinators provide excellent Customer Service working alongside our highly qualified Consultants and Trainers. In post-assignment/ event evaluations, our consultants and trainers are consistently rated as excellent.

Your Training Co-ordinator will help you decide on the appropriate learning solution, choose between open public events or in-house training solutions. They will follow-up after the training delivery to make sure that you’re satisfied with the results. On request, they can also help you select and organise venues, travel and accommodation for in-house programs.

Guy Eastoe

Guy Eastoe is an APMG accredited consultant who specializes in consulting and training in Portfolio, Programme and Project management. This includes the world class maturity model (P3M3), Management of Portfolio’s,  Portfolio and Programme office Management, Programme Management and PRINCE2. He is certified by APMG to train Management of Portfolio (MoP), Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Portfolio Office Management (P3O) and PRINCE2. He has been consulting and training in this space for 15 years, works all over the world, is the founder of Snap Tech, and has worked in and consulted internationally for banks, central banks, retailers, manufacturers, supply chain companies, technology integrators, broadcasting companies and government departments. He brings his extensive experience in managing change to the classroom and to his consulting engagements.   Guy’s success has been achieved to a greater degree because of his ability to operate and manage at both task- and team levels, using his business acumen and wealth of project methodology expertise in combination with his people mentoring skills. He believes that an invigorated, accountable, empowered and well-coached team is the key factor for successful business, and in this regard he has enabled many of his subordinates to achieve beyond their own expectations.

Corrie Jordaan

Corrie Jordaan is certified by APMG to train Portfolio Office Management (P3O) and PRINCE2. He has been consulting and training in this space and works throughout Africa. He has worked in the public sector for 29 years and supplemented this with training and consulting engagements in both the private and public sectors covering areas such as banks, retailers, manufacturers, supply chain companies, technology integrators, and government departments. He brings his extensive teaching, government and private sector experience to the classroom and consulting engagements. Corrie is passionate about what he does and takes keen interest in his delegates striving to ensure that they get the most from their training and are able to successfully apply their newly gained knowledge and skills in their own environment. He believes strongly that a disciplined person always remembers what he or she wants and encourages those that he engages with to guide their expectations with that in mind.

Richard Moret

Richard Moret is an APMG certified Project and Programme Management (PPRMC) Consultant and a PRINCE2, MSP, and P3O Trainer, as well as an Associate Professor in Project management at the Lausanne Business School in Holland. He works all over the world advising private and public sector organisations on best practice in Project and Programme Management, and fulfilling numerous project maturity audits and assessments using the P3M3 maturity model. Richard is the lead consultant on the Port of Rotterdam’s Maasvlakte 2 project, the fourth largest land reclamation in the World, reclaiming and developing 1000 hectares of the new harbour area in Rotterdam. His efforts in introducing new and innovative methods of portfolio and project management to the Port of Rotterdam, led to the Port winning the APMG global Best Practice Award.

John Fischer

John is a self-motivated and hardworking professional manager with direct and relevant experience in Business Management, Risk Management and all aspects of both Project Management and Project Support, gained over many years working with a mix of both public and private sector Clients. By delivering a mix of consultancy, project delivery and training, he ensures that Clients benefit from a balance of theory and practical application to deliver effective business solutions. John has excellent communication and people management skills and manages both small and large project teams with equal ease.  His people focused approach ensures team spirit and motivation are key factors in achieving excellent business results.

Nick Thomas

Nick is a senior trusted advisor, who builds long term collaborations allowing for a deeper mutual understanding of the needs of the organisation leading to effective change implementation.As a trained Business Coach, Nick has assisted individuals within organisations to fulfil their full potential.  By using incisive questions, he can allow a staff member to plot their root to success. Nick has worked with one nationally renowned training and consultancy company to coach its senior management team, allowing a 13% increase in productivity within one year. In recent years Nick has used his knowledge and wide range of skills to develop tailored methodologies and systems for a wide range of Clients from County Councils, Financial Institutions, Telecoms Companies, the Transport Industry and NHS Trusts to name but a few.  Nick uses his unique mixture of insight and delivery to ensure that each organization is able to meet its future potential. He has the business acumen to identify Client’s real business needs and then is able to give them the knowledge and implementation skills to go ahead and make a difference in their every day working environment.

Dave Fourie

Dave Fourie has been a practicing consultant in project management for more than two decades. His long career in program and project management brought him in contact with various project management methodologies and best practices in private as well as public organisations in the fields of software development, service delivery, quality and general management.

His previous experience includes providing training in the fields of project management, quality management and business analysis. He brings his theoretical knowledge linked to vast practical experience into the training environment with a genuine desire to assist delegates in becoming practicing project management professionals. Valuing a relaxed and enjoyable learning experience, he loves sharing his passion for project management through actual examples dished up with a touch of humor.

Having been a certified PMP since 1999, he also holds several other portfolio, program and project management certifications such as the foundation certificate in Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O), the practitioner certificate in Managing Successful Programs (MSP) and the practitioner certificate in PRINCE2. He also holds certifications in IT Service management (ITIL) and Total Quality Management (TQM).

Eve Fisher

Eve is a professional risk and project manager with over 20 years experience in central government and the private sector, spanning wide-ranging responsibilities, including: programme and project management, risk management, financial management, strategic development, business process and cultural change, information security, procurement, staff development, supplier management and project assurance. She is an accredited PRINCE2™ Practitioner, MOR ® Practitioner, MSP™ Advanced Practitioner and ISEB Project Manager. Combining strong skills in Information Risk Management, Project Management and Stakeholder Management, she enjoys building solid relationships with people and helping them meet their business needs. She is adept at managing and providing assurance on information security and risk, from corporate procedures and processes down to individual projects.
