Our approach is flexible and can start with any of the above, however the recommended approach is to commence with an assessment of your organisation’s maturity using the P3M3 maturity model, leading to  the roadmap for improvement. This  is followed with a skills gap analysis and appropriate training.
Resourcing may be required to ensure that key roles are filled, either as interim management contracts or permanent.

Implementation involves facilitated workshops and consulting interventions. We carry out programme and project heath checks and gateway review’s as appropriate to ensure conformance to new way of working and to give you the assurance that your audited programs and projects have every chance of success!
