Terms and Conditions
- The parties to this agreement are Snap-Tech (Pty) Ltd (herein after referred to as” the company”) and the client identified as the company in the first section “Company Name” (herein after referred to as “the organisation”).
- Registration for each event should be no later than twenty (20) working days prior to the event start date.
- All course fees are due and payable on invoice. Cheques made payable to SNAP-TECH (Pty) Ltd, the company. Bank transfer details are provided on invoice. Interest at applicable bank rates, compounded monthly, will be charged on any overdue accounts.
- All materials will be submitted on receipt of payment in full. Local distribution/courier fees are included; all other areas will be subject to additional courier fees for distribution of pre-course materials.
- Arrangements with third parties for carriage by air, accommodation, transportation, restaurants or otherwise and any costs incurred to provide training outside of Gauteng will be for the organisation’s account and agreed prior to invoice. The company acts only as the agent of the organisation and does so on the express condition that no liability of any kind shall be attached to the company in connection with or arising out of such arrangements.
- Residential events by prior arrangement only and details will be included in the “letter of confirmation” at least fifteen (15) working days prior to the event.
- A completed and signed Corporate Booking Form received from the organisation constitutes an official purchase order and implies liability for payment.
- Should the named person under ‘Billing Information’ fail to settle the account, the delegate will, by default be responsible for the account.
- The minimum enrolment requirement for booking a corporate training event is twelve (12) delegates.
- Snap-Tech reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any course.
- The following charges will apply to transfer the bookings to a later date; 21+ working days prior to = 0% of the event fee, 5-20 working days prior to = 50% of the event fee,1-4 working days prior to = 100% of the event fee. Event transfer requests from the organisation must be made in writing and any discounted rates will be forfeited.
- Corporate discounts will be revoked if the agreed number of delegates is reduced.
- Cancellation of a booking less than 20 working days before the commencement date will incur 100% recovery of fees. Cancellations must be received in writing via email to info@snaptech.co.za and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking and delegate contact details.
- Substitution of one delegate is permissible and will not incur cancellation fees.
- The organisation shall not be entitled to a reduction or refund in tuition fees in the event that a registered delegate should withdraw from or fail to attend classes or an event as a whole that has already started, which tuition fees shall remain fully payable, irrespective. If such an occurrence takes place due to unforeseen exceptional circumstances, the decision may be reversed at the sole discretion of the Managing Director of the company.
- The parties understand that the company provides trainer lead Training and Education and that in the event of sickness or other temporary indisposition of a trainer, classes may become disrupted and become rescheduled. In the event of a permanent indisposition of the trainer, the company shall with all due haste once the permanent indisposition has been confirmed, procure the services of a replacement trainer.
- The delegate, his guardian and the sponsor hereby jointly and severally hold the company harmless against any injury, harm or damage that the student may suffer whilst on the premises of the company or otherwise was participating in the activities associated with the company.
- Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the training event and payment received.
- Copyright exists on all materials supplied in any form. Copying, transfer or storage by whatever means may only be performed with the express written permission of the Managing Director of the company.
- The Corporate Booking Form shall be signed by the organisation’s authorised representatives, the organisation must take liability of organisation representatives signing such agreements, and will be liable for the payment of all tuition fees.
Guarantee Terms and Conditions
- All delegates are required to prepare for the training event by reading recommended extracts and completing self-study defined in the pre-event packs prior to sitting the examinations.
- Delegates with any special requirements necessitating additional time for the examination (e.g. dyslexia, etc.) MUST notify us immediately prior to attending the event in order to make necessary arrangements with the APMG to gain permission for additional time. Proof of special requirements will be required, either in the form of certification or a specialist’s letter.
- Bookings for a repeat sitting of an exam must be made in writing/email and dates are subject to availability.
- Snap Tech provides a Free Practitioner Exam and e-learning kit as part of the event price, just in case you or your delegate do not pass the PRINCE2 or MSP Practitioner exam first time. The PRINCE2 or MSP event and exam guarantee includes: 1.) full e-learning system and 2.) one practitioner exam re-write. Guarantee offer is valid for 3 months from the date of the original event, after which date it becomes null and void. Offer is only applicable for one repeat sitting. Foundation Pass rate must be 65% as a minimum and payment of the event must have been made in full for the guarantee to apply.
- Snap Tech’s Guarantee is included in the standard pricing for PRINCE2 and MSP five day events, discounted events do not carry the guarantee unless explicitly stated. The guarantee applies to the Practitioner exam and is not transferable. Exam re-sit arrangements must be made by the delegate at least 20 days prior to a scheduled exam.
